Adding Articles

To add an article, we will start by clicking on Sales - Articles from the side menu. Then, on the opened screen, click on the + icon.

A dialog will be opened, allowing you to define the article details.

An article number is a running number starting from 1. Fill in the description of the article, its price, relate it to a product or a supplier, and define the vat rate. Note that, the article is added to the main table while you type. Once completed, click outside of the dialog or click on the close button.

You can define a prefix for your articles for your convenience. To do that, we will start by Sales - Articles from the side menu. Then, choose the ‘advanced’ tab.
Define the required prefix that will appear before the article ID.
