To import contacts, we will start by clicking on the 'CRM’ option from the side menu and choose the ‘database’ view from the right corner.

Once we are in the database view, we will click on the ‘settings’ icon appearing on the top center of the screen and choose the ‘import data’ option.

In the opened screen, choose the CSV file you want to import.

Once the CSV uploaded, you can define how to import the file. Once ready, click on the ‘next’ button.

Based on the contacts existing columns and the columns in your CSV, the system shows you a map between your CSV columns on the left and available columns on the right. Drag and drop the columns as needed.
Once done mapping, click on the ‘next’ button.

You will see a preview of the results, and in case you are pleased, click on the ‘import now’ button.

Once the CSV is imported, and you can click OK.
